We dispatch most orders within 5 working days of receiving the order or its payment. In exceptional cases and during the pre-Christmas period up to 14 working days from receipt of the order or its payment.

Orders are dispatched gradually in the order in which they arrived. The tax document is always part of the dispatched order.

After prior arrangement, you can pick up your finished order at Smiřických 1120, 54701 Náchod, or you can use one of the carriers.

We send our products exclusively via ZÁSILKOVNA or the carrier PPL.
